To help you fully relax and enjoy the experience, please bring the following items:

  2. Yoga mat to lie on
  3. Blanket for warmth and coziness
  4. Pillow for head or knee support
  5. Water to stay hydrated

These small preparations ensure you’ll be comfortable and able to immerse yourself in the session.
