What is Cosmetic Acupuncture?
Cosmetic Acupuncture, also called Facial Acupuncture, is the safer and less invasive alternative to surgery or Botox. We will insert needles on the face and/or body to encourage increased collagen production and stimulate your lymphatic and circulatory systems.
What is Cosmetic Dermapen and how does it work?
The Dermapen is a revolutionary Micro-needling device which aims to tighten, lift and rejuvenate skin. Dermapen consists of an electric hand-piece and a disposable needle tip. By sliding the pen on the skin, it stimulates the production of collagen and elastin, and improves the complexion on the face, as well as lightening up the pigmentation on spots.

What is collagen & How does treatment help?
Collagen is the most abundant protein in the human body and is the substance that holds the whole body together. It is found in the bones, muscles, skin and tendons to provide strength and structure. It is required in the replacement and restoration of dead skin cells.
Collagen production naturally declines with age, reducing the structural integrity of the skin and leading to sagging skin, the formation of lines and wrinkles and the weakening of cartilage in joints.
The Dermapen stimulates your own collagen production in a subtle and healthy way. This technology was performed in China back hundreds of years ago to keep a youthful look. By increasing collagen production we can see all the above benefits in a matter of just a few sessions. Is it painful?
With the help of anesthetic cream to be applied on skin before the Dermapen procedure, most people actually felt it’s like a gentle touch to their surprise. Some people may even fall asleep during the entire procedure.
How many treatments are recommended?
- Rejuvenation: 4-6 treatments, 4 weeks apart
- Acne scarring: 6 treatments, 6 weeks apart
- Stretch marks: 4-8 treatments, 4-6 weeks apart
